Using the knowledge base

The knowledge base page lets you search and filter published articles.

Tips

• Use the search box for titles, summaries, and body text.
• Filter by category to narrow results.
• Change sort order to find the newest or most-viewed entries.

Administrators can also jump to article management directly from the page actions.
